Hampshire County continues to shine thanks to the dedication and heart of its six incredible Site Coordinators, who work tirelessly every day to support students and families. Hampshire County experienced an outstanding example of community collaboration through a generous donation from Lifted Hands Food Pantry. Their support went above and beyond, providing a substantial supply of essential items including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, Dawn dish soap, and sponges. This donation will have a meaningful impact, helping ensure that basic needs are met with dignity and care.

Making this effort possible was the incredible teamwork of our CIS Site Coordinators, who stepped up to coordinate and transport this hefty donation. A special shout out goes to Jessica Deardorff, Cynthia Corbin, and Emilie Embrey (the county contact) for bringing the donations in and ensuring they reached the schools and students who need them most. Their willingness to go the extra mile—literally and figuratively—reflects the strong commitment and collaborative spirit that defines Hampshire County. This partnership is a powerful reminder of what can happen when community organizations and dedicated educators come together for greater good.
